In terms of how I think they will place on the first ballot mine are

In terms of my personal rankings

9. Volpe (the biggest idiot of anyone who has ever run for the Liberal leadership race).
Frankly, anyone in the top 5 would be a fine leader and PM.
I keep coming back to the presence each has with the electorate and on this list it is 5 beyond any doubt.
As for French language skills, I have a sense that effort plays well and concerted effort and demonstrable determination draws acceptance.
5 has a talent and backgrounding far beyond all the others. That skill set will start to show through as the right settings start to arise.
